Finally they tell me that a tower is down and it will be fixed tomorrow. I called them up and they go through two hours worth of troubleshooting which did nothing. I finally had enough and decided to just spend the money and switch carriers again, could not take my calls being dropped any longer. I've had nothing but little to no service for the last month. Please take my advice, Do NOT give this company your money! I made the mistake by switching to them, spent a grand to switch over.
